This multi-res development with interiors designed by SYNC Design was completed in early 2022 and features three townhouses over an expansive basement garage in Balwyn.
All three residences feature four bedrooms and four bathrooms, generously proportioned open plan living and dining areas featuring a large gas log fireplace and integrated cabinetry. The luxury kitchens feature custom fabricated curved stone benchtops in Tundra Grey, VZUG Swiss-made appliances, Vintec wine fridge, and a WIP behind a pivot door with adjoining laundry.
Winner of the 2022 HIA Victorian New Kitchen Award ($50,001 – $80,000).
