Designed by Sketch Building Design with interiors by Austin Design Associates and built by First Avenue, this Brighton East dual occupancy development raises the bar for luxurious Bayside townhouse living.
Both residences feature 4 bedrooms with two living zones, a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining space and luxuriously appointed bathrooms. Stylish materials specifications include feature brickwork, the use of skylights, and a contrasting sleek, dark hued custom-made joinery palette. Curved feature walls and joinery panelling was utilised throughout, as well as the addition of an undercover alfresco dining area with BBQ, stone benchtops and exquisite architecturally designed landscaping to complete the development and ensure it was ready for sale on handover.

We would highly recommend Anthony and his team to build with. Pricing was very competitive, transparent and included all the details we wanted. Build quality was spot on and any minor deflects were attended either during the build of after handover.The build was to run for 13 months but we were worried it would blow out because of COVID. We were in the house in 11 months, very impressed with that. All the trades were great communicators, really engaged in their work and follow up was spot on.
