RenovationAward-winning terrace renovation.
The renovation of this South Melbourne terrace home consisted of renovating and restoring the façade and front bedroom of the original home, including bringing an ancient fire place into the now with the use of stunning marble.
The extension and main component of the build included building a new shell of the dwelling to the very rear boundary of the site and also constructing a second storey. In total a brand new open plan living, dining and kitchen with European laundry, a full bathroom and an outdoor alfresco with decking and vertical garden was constructed downstairs. The extension upstairs included the addition of a brand new master suite with modern staircase, ensuite, walk in robe and a bedroom that showcased sweeping views of the Melbourne CBD skyline.
