In one of the most exciting projects we have had the privilege to work on we were able to oversee the transformation of a dilapidated retail space into six stunning triple level modern townhouses.

What was once an abandoned graffiti adorned building is now a stunning addition to the regentrified industrial inner west, a 6-residence development named The Devereaux.

Designed by Basset Lobaza Architects and proudly constructed by FIRST AVENUE, this mammoth build was completed in early 2020.
